Superintendent

As a Superintendent at GCCW, you’ll oversee all on-site activities for industrial construction projects, from managing crews and subcontractors to ensuring quality control, safety, and on-time delivery.

You’ll be responsible for interpreting plans, coordinating trades, and maintaining constant communication with project managers and clients.

This role is best suited to experienced construction professionals with strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to solve problems on the fly.

Project Coordinator

Support the success of field operations from behind the scenes. As a Project Coordinator at GCCW, you’ll work closely with the Superintendent, Foreperson, and Project Manager to help plan, organize, and track project activities.

Your day-to-day will include managing documents, updating schedules, coordinating materials and subcontractors, and ensuring the field team has what they need to stay on time and on budget.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to build a long-term career in construction.

Skilled Labourer

Looking to grow your career in industrial construction?

Our Skilled Labourers play a vital support role on job sites, handling materials, prepping equipment, assisting trades, and maintaining site safety and cleanliness.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and an eagerness to learn and grow in a high-demand field.
